A few days ago, I was alerted to a threat against Brandon Piekarsky, Derrick Donchak, and their families by the Hispanic gang Vatos Locos. I was told that members of this gang seek violent retaliation against the boys because the jury acquitted them on the most serious charges.
Today, my husband brought the Standard Speaker home, only to show me a picture on the front page of the back window of a car in West Hazleton (click for link to story):
Amilcar Arroyo, owner of the El Mensjero ‘newspaper,’ brown supremacist and race-baiter extraordinaire, was quoted in this article saying “In Hazleton, we are moving ahead little by little,” Arroyo said. “Shenandoah has to be more aware of the diversity. We’re sorry for Shenandoah. There are good people there.”
YES Amilcar, there are good people there, including Brandon and Derrick!!! Just because you didn’t get your way, you’re going to stomp your feet like a two-year-old! Grow up!
In the same article, (no surprise here) Dr. Agapito Lopez says, “Everyone is upset about this decision,” said Dr. Agapito Lopez. “Not only in the community here, but the whole Hispanic community in the United States.”
Well no, not EVERYONE is upset by the decision. Many of us felt it was exactly right for the situation, and some others even think it was TOO MUCH! BTW, Dr. Lopez, whatever happened to American communities, rather than just the “Hispanic community”??? YOU are part of the problem, not the solution.
As for the homicidal loser who painted their car with the message to kill two American teenage boys, I hope the cops find you and try you for inciting a riot, ethnic intimidation, and terroristic threats. Then I hope they deport you to the depths of Antarctica in summer shorts and sandals. I’d like to know if this jerk is sending a message to gang members that it’s time.

Yes, ‘defend’ is clearly the right word to use here. White teenagers (4 of them) had to defend themselves against one Mexican guy. After knocking him out cold, and still feeling threatened by his unconscious body, the only way they could defend themselves was to kick him in the head while yelling racial slurs. Definitely not ethnic intimidation.

Hello Clueless. There were 6 boys in total on the street. Two of them did not get involved in any fighting, that leaves 4. One of them (Scully), while they were WALKING AWAY, was punched in the back of the head 5 times by the illegal alien criminal. Ramirez was then punched ONE TIME by Walsh. Within seconds, one of the other boys kicked Ramirez in the head (testimony leads us to believe that it was Scully who kicked, not Piekarsky, and rightfully so, since Ramirez had obviously been trying to kill Scully by wailing him on the back of the head). I wonder if the boys felt ethnically intimidated by Ramirez screaming at them in Spanish, removing his shirt, wallet and medallion, and calling his friends for backup and to bring a gun? ~Turtle

Yes, we should charge Ramirez with ethnic intimidation, except for minor problem that he is now dead from being kicked in the head.

Strange how you seem to know he’s dead from a “kick in the head” yet not even the pathologist could tell that. In fact, the pathologist said it was consistent with a moving object hitting a non-moving object (moving Ramirez, not moving macadam). Besides, this article said the morons who wrote that death threat on their car should be charged with ethnic intimidation. ~Turtle

People like me make America what it is today .. well thank you!!! That is one of the nicest compliments I’ve ever gotten!!
I was at the trial when the testimony was going on. Several witnesses said Ramirez punched Scully in the back of the head.
Once Ramirez was on the ground, within a second or two he was kicked. There was NO time in there for any of the boys to see Ramirez was actually hurt. And besides, it was self-defense from the kid who had just been punched in the back of the head repeatedly. Ramirez had no concern for the safety and well-being of the boys. I guess what goes around comes around.

You have that backwards. When ‘white’ teenagers had to defend themselves, it was supposedly “ethnic intimidation.” Now that a Hispanic has threatened white teenagers, it’s a tiny little article in a local paper and no charges. Big surprise. ~Turtle
