If a ban is reinstated on offshore drilling, the economy would be devastated, as the oil companies would raise prices again, seeking to insulate themselves against the inevitable decrease in future projected supply. That's just the beginning of the havoc the new President could wreak with a single "stroke of the pen" Executive Order.

Obama recalled the Berlin Airlift of 1948 during his dramatic speech in the German capital last week. The airlift was an early & critical success for the West in the Cold War. It's relevant to today, the war in Iraq & the free world's conflict with radical Islam. But he misinterpreted the lessons learned! Maybe to suit his own agenda?
