Climate Change A Complete Non Issue In U.S. Election

As you watch the video below, pay particular attention at the 9.04 mark where (then Senator) Barack Obama says that Climate Change is one of the biggest challenges of our times, and now, barely four years later, the sound of crickets chirping.

The Australian Federal Government Minister For Climate Change, Greg Combet, as recently as last month was pretending the United States was taking a lead in policies to “stop” global warming:

The Climate and Clean Air Coalition is yet another example of the US, other major economies and developing countries working together to combat dangerous climate change…

In fact, Anthony Watts notes a change in the climate in this year’s presidential and vice-presidential debates:

The first time the debates have been silent on climate since 1988.

The video above shows how much global warming figured in previous debates. But this time … total silence.
