A week or so ago I sent out an appeal to our network to vote on the very important Wall Street Journal poll about the PTC. At the time we were losing by a few thousand votes. Within a day we went ahead by over 5000 votes, and continue to hold that lead! Not sure when this poll will be concluded, but THANK YOU for stepping up BIG TIME against AWEA and their allies. This is one of numerous indications that we can, and will, prevail regarding wind energy.

FYI, our informal coalition now has a Facebook page — so check it out and please Friend us. Thanks Erica and Tauna.

I just returned from Cape Cod where I was privileged to be able to put on three energy presentations, all focusing on the Cape Wind offshore project. As when I went two years ago, the citizens were wonderful and the hospitality was exemplary.

Our proposed national energy slogan is “All of the Sensible” (in contrast to the absurd “All of the Above”). Please pass it on. US citizens should also make sure to get up-to-speed with what is on our PTCFacts.Info pages. Stopping the PTC extension is the US wind issue of 2012!
