Travesty of Justice in Shenandoah, PA

Six indictments have come down in Shenandoah, PA regarding the “beating death” of two-time illegal alien criminal Luis Eduardo Ramirez Zavala.

Two teenage boys, Derrick Donchak and Brandon Piekarsky, from the small town in Schuylkill County’s coal country have been indicted by federal prosecutors for a “hate crime.” This, only seven months after those same teens were acquitted of the most serious charges of murder and ethnic intimidation. For the guilty verdicts on simple assault, underage drinking, and (for Donchak) corruption of minors, the boys were sentenced to 6-23 months in county prison. Piekarsky is scheduled to be released tomorrow. Donchak and Piekarsky are expected to be arraigned in Scranton next week, on Tuesday Dec 22.

In addition, four Shenandoah police officers are facing federal trial for multiple charges:

Officer Jason Hayes – conspiracy, falsifying documents, and obstructing justice. Officer Hayes is the long-time live-in boyfriend of Brandon’s mother, and was one of the responders the night of the unfortunate fight.

Lieutenant William Moyer – conspiracy, falsifying documents, obstructing justice, witness tampering, destroying evidence, and lying to the FBI.

Chief Matthew Nestor – conspiracy, falsifying documents, and obstructing justice for his alleged role in “covering up” the teens’ case.

Nestor and Captain Jamie Gennarini both face federal indictments for an unrelated case – extortion for alleged illegal gambling operations and civil rights violation for allegedly attempting to get a local businessman to give them $2,000 in exchange for his release from custody.

Gennarini is awaiting trial in another separate federal civil suit, regarding an incident wherein an 18-year-old “hispanic” man, David Vega, was found hanging in his jail cell. The Vega family claims Gennarini beat him to death rather than their relative having taken his own life.

It has come to my attention that it appears the federal charges have been brought at the behest of Emperor Ed Rendell narcissistic governor of PA and general Obama sycophant, after the Allentown office decided against pressing charges due to lack of evidence. While this is not formally confirmed, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to follow the trail.

**I can only say that my prayers are with the families of these men and the two teens. If you should read this, please know you are not forgotten and all you need to do is ask, and I will certainly do my best to help you out.

This case of double jeopardy is a travesty of justice and should never happen to teenagers!
