Joe I’ll miss you and all you stand for.
You are a much better man than I am.
It’s a well documented fact that stress causes our immune systems to be compromised.
- Here’s a very active man unjustly forced to the sidelines. (Retirement causes many deaths; they have in my family.)
- He was maligned by the Liberal Left for not doing more with the Sandusky accusations. (Actually he did what was appropriate in this circumstance according to retired Judges, Lawyers, Police, etc. If he did more he could have jeopardized an ongoing investigation.)
- Being the good man that he was, he antagonized over ‘what ifs’. What if I followed up more? What if I knew more what would I have done differently? (This last one is from the interview with a journalist what’s-her-face. Of course according to the media commentaries on that interview they ALL MISSED IT!)
- Some of the ‘trustees’ were upset about Joe leading Penn State cheers with his supporters on his front lawn because they thought it was insensitive!* This is the PCs (Political Correct Leftists) crowd’s mantra; Oh, you can’t say this, or do that, because you’ll offend (take your choice) my cat, pedophiles, other like minded socialists in our school system, etc., etc., etc. *(From an interview with the infamous board; article published on Jan 20 2012.)
I blame the media (who were desperately trying to get rid of JoePa for years) and the ‘untrustworthy’ Board of Trustees for his death. They need to be brought to justice! –Al

i agree with Al but don’t think he went far enough.
I’m so angry with the press and the trustees for their treating Mr Paterno like he was the guilty party, not Sandusky!!!
For years newspapers have campaigned to have him removed as coach because he was too old! Yet the same LeftMedia has argued that we shouldn’t discriminate against someone because of their age!
Then right after these horrible, evil, acts were made public the Harrisburg Patriot News published an almost full page article saying joePa should be removed. Reporters hounded him and seemed to ignore Sandusky.
Why?
Someone said it was because Joe had a commanding presence and stood for good old American values.
The trustees are a bunch of sleazy con artists.
They all should go to jail!!! (Both guilty parties, the trustees and the News media)
Make them pay for the programs that the Second Mile used to do for the kids and the funding that was lost. It’s only fair since they helped screw that up.
I’m so mad that steam us coming out of my ears!
