Polly Sigulim is a widow and mother of 3 IDF soldiers, yet the haredim continuously harass her because of her identification with the Messianic Jewish congregation in Arad. They organized a large demonstration right outside of Polly’s house in a quiet residential area. Polly’s neighbors were so upset that they held their own counter-demonstration.
When you watch this remember that the Haredim and their ilk are a minority in Israel. Even though they are misguided in their beliefs, they wield a lot of power for their size. One may compare them to a cult that follows the teaching of men rather than the Word of GOD (The Holy Scriptures).
You’ll see that the ‘big’ organized demonstration, by the haredim, to harass one lady only drew 200 people whereas an impromptu counter-demonstration, by the ordinary citizens of this town, drew 100 people. If the counter-demonstration was organized and drew people from outside the area, like the haredim did, there probably would be 1000′s of citizens there supporting Polly!
God’s Word says we are to Bless Israel. Don’t let these wretched, misguided, zealots prevent you from doing that.
On another note, if instead of Israel, this were the “Palestinians” or if this took place in almost every Arab country or other countries where the Radical Islamists are in control then Polly would have been murdered long ago.
You can encourage the Jewish Believers in Jesus and those bringing the Good News of Salvation (Yeshua) to the Jewish people.
