These are random ramblings from Grumpy Old Man.
First of all, I want to thank “Ed the Admin” for installing Dragon Naturally Speaking, on a laptop for me. I am well over 80 years old, and have a very bad case of arthritis that makes typing very difficult. Now I can literally speak my mind, instead all of typing.
Okay, what’s going on in the world today? Well that is except for a corrupt politicians who are only representing themselves, ruthless dictators (even the one in the White House pretending to be president, you know the one was brought up as a Muslim, who hates America, Christians, our Constitution, etc.) and the buffoons in the so called media.
On the good note we have Atlas Shrugs, by Pamela Geller, with 10 new articles today. The one that caught my eye was “a Depraved Obama “Expressed a Deep Regret Over Loss all of (Jihadist) Life.” Jihadist is another name for murderous Terrorist.

Do you know what I find absolutely stupid? No one, but no one, is asking the right questions. Where are the real journalist? Where is the average person’s intelligence? We have pseudo-journalists who don’t know how to objectively report, or how to ask objective questions in order to tell the real story to the world. All these pseudo-journalists know how to do is push their, and there bosses, socialistic/communistic/fascist/Marxist agenda.
And people, citizens of this great Republic, where is your mind? Do you accept everything that our lying politicians and our lying, subversive media tells you? Aaaw, that’s a whole subject in itself and should be discussed at another time.
Anyway, why hasn’t any one asked why were we drilling so far down?
The answer is that these phony environmentalist and our self-serving Congress have forbidden drilling anywhere then it is easy to access. To our detriment, they have banned drilling in easily accessible areas both on land and in the sea. There is a national park in Alaska where drilling could be taking place now without any impact on our environment!
The area where the drilling for American oil would take place in the Alaskan Wildlife Reserve is a desolate area on the shore that is home only to hordes of bloodthirsty mosquitoes. You can look this up for yourself on Google maps. We have shown this area on our blog. Everyone who has seen it agrees that we should be drilling there.
The second question is: Has anyone ever capped a well that deep? The answer is no.
Why isn’t the government pulling out all stops to get this well plugged? Why is Obama pussyfooting around and avoiding using the best minds available in the world to fix this problem, instead of trying to pass the buck?
Well folks, this really is all about controlling you. The politicians that we had in office now, and and the very ones that don’t listen to us, that think they know what’s best for us regardless of what we say or think, want to have absolute control over every part of our lives. And what do we do as a people? We reward them with reelection! What is wrong with us?
We need to vote these people out all of office and reverse all the disastrous bills they have passed. By doing so within months our economy would rebound tremendously. We’d be in a period of a booming economy.
I guess by now y’all have heard about Mayor Daley of Chicago idiotic comments about guns. And 80 year-old Korean War veteran and his wife are now safe and alive because they defended themselves against an armed burglar. The burglar fired, he fired; the husband and wife or alive and the burglar is dead. Now Mayor Daley, who has armed bodyguards, doesn’t think guns are the answer to protecting yourself in your own home or elsewhere. (Is it just me or has there been a Mayor Daley in Chicago for the last century or so?) Maybe this mayor is senile or living in La La land?
The neighbors think the homeowner is a hero. The mayor apparently doesn’t know which end is up, so his opinion is worthless. Hey law abiding citizens of Chicago, why do you keep voting these type of people into office? Why don’t you vote someone worthwhile in? Someone who has common sense and your best interest at heart. Also someone who will adhere to our Constitution.
Well I like this new way all of creating articles. I thank Ed for the program. It’s been a great help. It’s a little slower now than perhaps the average person typing but it gets faster as I use it and correct its mistakes. It’s called training the program.
Remember, stick up for yourself and your fellow man. Don’t let power-hungry politicians and despots tell you what to do or how to live your life, as long as what you are doing isn’t in violation of the Constitution or the laws of the land or negatively impact your neighbors.
Remember, whenever the Government – whether it’s Federal, State or Local – gives you something, it takes it from somewhere else. The Government does not create anything except chaos. It does not create wealth. Only individuals do that. So whenever they give you something that taken it from you and other taxpayers and this ultimately puts a burden on the entire economy. Even if you don’t pay taxes you will pay through higher prices of goods and services. There is no escaping it. The government can only redistribute wealth and in the process decreases it for everyone.
