Update! Federal Law Protects Obama From Having To Release Birth Certificate

Thursday we did a report on what the Army major who had his orders to deploy to Afghanistan revoked after he made the claim that Barack Obama has not proven that he is eligible to be Commander-In-Chief.
That article created a firestorm the likes of which we had never seen before.
Friday we did a story regarding the differences between a Birth Certificate vs. a Certificate Of Live Birth vs. a Certification Of Live Birth.

Today’s story deals with a legal manuever pulled off by Barack Obama that may make it impossible to compel him to produce a legitimate Birth Certificate.
