Janet Napolitano.

The name sends chills down the backs of freedom-loving Americans across the nation. Her semantics are becoming quite comical. In case you haven’t been keeping up with it, Nappy seems to think that illegal aliens aren’t criminals and that terrorist actions are only “man made disasters.”

With that in mind, it’s important to try to decipher the rest of Nappy’s lip-flapping to figure out what it is she’s actually saying.

CNN Interview, 4-19-09: “And yes, when we find illegal workers, yes, appropriate action, some of which is criminal, most of that is civil, because crossing the border is not a crime per se.”

Deciphered: “And yes, when we find poor, down-on-their-luck paperless immigrants who only want a better life, we LOOK THE OTHER WAY because crossing the border is listed as a civil violation in my head. It does not matter that I’m totally ignoring the fact that they are illegal workers, because I’m focusing this statement on the border crossing part as a distraction.”

General Quote: “I have long been a proponent of a guest-worker program between the United States and Mexico, and in particular I have proposed that Arizona would be an ideal location for a pilot project.”

Deciphered: “I have long been a proponent of allowing absolutely anyone to get into Arizona and the country as a whole. I do not care how many Americans are killed by illegal aliens every day, nor do I want to hear American Citizens whining and complaining about unemployment. It’s not that big a deal if half a million Americans lose their jobs every month, nothing can possibly be caused by out of control immigration and government that hates its power base.”

General Quote: “We have protected K-12 education. We have protected vital services.”

Deciphered: “We have ensured that no American children will be rewarded for excelling in educational matters, but any illegal alien fence-jumper will be commended for any slight achievement. We have also protected health care, civil rights, Constitutional guarantees, and representative government for illegal aliens.”

General Quote: “We’re already doing passive surveillance at the border,” Napolitano said. “You would close the border if you thought you could contain the spread of disease, but the disease already is in a number of states within the United States.”

Deciphered: “We’re doing next to nothing at the borders except asking if anyone has a fever. If they do, we give them Tylenol and send them through the gate. We don’t ask any pesky questions, like ‘does that dead body in the trunk have cocaine packed in the abdominal area?’ because that would violate La Raza’s unbinding hold over us. Since the Mexican Pig Flu is already in the United States, even though it’s a different strain and the version we have is not killing everyone infected with it, I don’t think closing the border would help. We’re not trying to save American lives, because Mexicans come first.”

I hope this helps you out next time Nappy starts running her mouth.
