This story is getting more and more bizarre every day. The preliminary hearing for three of the four teenage boys charged in the death of Luis Ramirez, an illegal alien from Mexico, was scheduled for this morning. The anti-ICE group LATINA staged a protest at the Schuylkill County courthouse, shouting in Spanish, which interrupted the hearing. The group was ordered to quiet down or be forced to move. One member of the protest group held a sign demanding justice for Luis Ramirez. I guess it didn’t dawn on them that this preliminary hearing was the next step to getting justice served, and they interrupted it.
It’s very interesting to note that the local Shenandoah paper (Republican and Herald) has avoided mentioning the intimidation being wrought upon at least one family of the accused teens.
Brandon Piekarsky’s mother received death threats by phone from someone in Boston.
The Piekarsky family notified the Shenandoah police department that van full of Hispanic people was parked outside of their home, and had been there for some time. When the cops arrived, the van drove away. The police pursued, eventually chasing the van occupants on foot.
When the officers arrived back at the Piekarsky home, they found a drunk Giovanni Garcia Cruz prowling on the property. He was charged with underage drinking and prowling at night. Giovanni is the brother of Victor Garcia Cruz, husband to “eyewitness” Arielle Garcia.
Garcia Cruz’s charges were filed on August 8th. The Republican and Herald should have printed the story in the August 9th edition under the police log. Oddly enough, the only police log missing is the one for August 9th.
The incident was not mentioned on any other date, either.
It’s becoming more and more obvious that the teens are being scapegoated. I had started out on the side of the cops, believing that they would have gotten rid of illegal aliens if they just had the resources. I was incorrect on that account. The Shenandoah police are sympathetic to illegal aliens (Heaven only knows WHY) and don’t check immigration status on those they pick up for crimes, not even violent crimes.
The 15-year-old girl’s father tried to get help from the law when he found out his daughter was being violated by this illegal alien, yet nothing was done to save the girl from her situation.
I have my own theories – some include, who exactly is involved with the distribution of drugs in Shenandoah?
SIDE NOTE:
Some Shenandoah residents are asking for Pro-American groups to come into their town and have a rally for unity of citizens. They want to know that they are not alone, that we don’t all believe the trash in MSM about this incident, and that someone will stand with them and support them through this ordeal.
I’d say that is a mighty fine idea.

Justiceforall, thank you for sharing your story with us. I am aware of the Reconquitsa movement, and am as appalled as you are. I’d be interesting in seeing those documents proving the Mexican infiltration of our schools.
I’m glad you took care of this yourself. Did you complain about the multiple “losses” of your documents?

My comment is about the police report going missing:
I believe our court system and our school system have been infiltrated. Mexico has an agenda called “Aztlan” (also known as ‘la Reconquista’ or the Reconquest) and they want to take land back. Some wantthe SW, some the U.S. in its entirety and some the Continent! Mexico owned the SW for only 24 years, their indigenous, Mayans and Aztecs, were never up here. But they lie to their people and make up this big story about they have owned it for 40,000 years (no, the American Indians who are different races from Mexican Indians, were here for thousands of years – not Mex. Indians). Mexico has sent hundreds of thousands of books to our public schools as “gifts” (read Trojan Horse) wherein they tell these Spanish speaking kids this land belongs to them (called Insurrection). I brought info. to a City Court Council in my town about the “hate” being taught in our schools by this Mex. movement; and handed the documents to the paige who was of Mexican descent, they lost all of the documents. I was asked to testify at the Capitol (another city in my state many months later) and brought these documents. That paige (also of Mex. descent) took them and they were lost also! And then I was supposed to pick up copies of a document from a lawsuit to give to someone fighting against these Open Border groups and the 2 girls in charge of records (also of Mexicsn descent) said the documents were lost. Too much of a coincidence. In all cases, I got everything reproduced and sent myself. In the last instance, I called the AG to get them to hand-deliver another copy to the Court and took care of it. But all of this leads me to believe that what Mexico said is true, “wherever there is a Mexican, there is Mexico”(to a great extent and apparently they will be betraying Americans whenever they can”! Not all of them, of course, but “Be aware and be vigilant.”

Perhaps the only FACT you will understand is the Medical Examiners report. What killed Ramirez was, as their friend and fellow football player Ben Lawson said, the “sucker punch” by Walsh and the “kick in the head” by Piekarsky.

Um, so being charged with a crime and the judge finding there is enough evidence to proceed with a trial is them being scapegoted?
Who really killed Mr. Ramirez then if not these poor boys who are being made into scapegoats?
Sorry, that’s just an insane accusation. The rest of your comments possibly have merit, but saying the accused murderers are being treated as scapegoats for this crime clearly shows your agenda.
No Pro-America group would want to set foot in Shenandoah. It’s a crap hole. A group supporting the racist, pathetic town of Shenandoah would look foolish. Supporting a town where the residents use “the kids were drunk” as an excuse for murdering a human being. America does not support this town.

You continually create your own conclusions. I do not hate the young murderers. I feel sorry for them. Adults taught them to hate! I blame the adults who bought them liquor. I blame the adults who condoned their drinking to excess in so many public places in pottsville. I blame the parents who taught them to hate people of different colors.
This is a sad, sad tragedy that WE ALL should learn from.
We need change in America!

Wrong again. There was 12 against one. Their football team mate said today in court:
Seventeen-year-old Ben Lawson is a football player at Shenandoah Valley High School. He says 17-year-old Colin Walsh sucker-punched Luis Ramirez and 16-year-old Brandon Piekarsky kicked the victim in the head while he was down.

The jocks murdered a young man just because he was brown.
They sucker punched him, knocked him out. Then when he was knocked out, on the ground, Piekarsky kicked him in the head. The Medical Examiner said the cause of death was the Kick in the Head.
Apparently THAT is OK by you!
Those young high school football jocks committed MURDER and Ethnic Intimidation! If he had been White, those racists would have left him alone.
Instead, they murdered him. Sucker punched him. Kicked him in the head and murdered him. Just because he was brown.
Read the court documents.
Read what their friend and fellow jock who was a WITNESS said. he said it in court. They murdered him because he was brown.
